Day 08 - A picture that makes you laugh.
We would see this guy out at the bars all the time in Tulsa clad in spandex, of course.
I believe you should live each day as if it is your last, which is why I don’t have any clean laundry because, come on, who wants to wash clothes on the last day of their life?
Day 08 - A picture that makes you laugh.
We would see this guy out at the bars all the time in Tulsa clad in spandex, of course.
Day 07 - A picture of your most treasured item.
Wow… This is totally boring….
I would also attach a picture of my external hard drive, but I don’t want to overload you with excitement on a Monday morning.
These drives have all my pictures of them from years and years ago. I would be super sadie if I lost them or they got destroyed.
I also have a couple of necklaces that I “treasure”. One is from my boyfriend. It is the first piece of jewelry he has gotten me. The other is from my parents.
Day 06 - A picture of a person you'd love to trade places with for a day.
Instead of a person, I pick my pup, Louis! He has a good life… Watching the birds outside the windows…
Sleeping and taking naps all day…
Playing outside at the park and in the snow…
BUT, he does have to sit in the back seat…
In my eyes, playing, sleeping and eating yummy snacks all day is a pretty good life…. All play and no responsibility. I’d take it!
My allergies are killing me! Living in Oklahoma is not fun this time of year. UGH! My body feels like this guy is taking over:
Gross! Get out of my nose/ears/throat!
Anyways, enough complaining…
Day 05 - A picture of your favorite memory.
I don’t know that I have a favorite memory. I have sooo many good ones!
I had lots of good memories in high school with these two girls:
Of course, I have great memories of when my nephews and niece were born! This is a picture of my niece welcoming my littlest nephew into the world! Gotta love that!
Also, I have plenty of memories of craziness with my sorority sisters:
I could go on and on, but I won’t bore you! Too many good memories to pick just one!
Day 04 - A picture of your favorite night.
Well, there really isn’t just one…
When I was in school, there was a martini bar called 818 in Tulsa. It was amazing! Not too crowded (probably why it’s closed) and they had yummy appletinis. I love them! It is also where I met one of my besties, Reed and my boyfriend. (Well… Met again… We knew each other from high school). Every night there was a great night!
My friend, Reed, and I at 818
Another great night was spent in a limo for Mattie’s birthday. My boyfriend and I were on a break, and I really needed some fun time with friends. The limo driver drove us around to all the great houses with Christmas lights. The one below was insane! There were so many twinkle lights I almost had a seizure!
I think we were dancing in the limo?!?! :)
We all happened to wear purple.
Tulsa has one of the best Oktoberfest celebrations! Lots of polka dancing standing on picnic tables. Pitchers of beer. Chicken dancing. Funny hats. What more can a girl want? I think we are waiting on the bus to take us there. I couldn’t find a better picture. Probably because of the pitchers of beer. Everyone should go! It’s amazing!
I saw these cute plates in Fitness Magazine called Slimware. They are for portion control. They are a lot cuter than some of the other portion control plates I have seen.
I definitely need help with this. I tend to eat whatever is on my plate, which is usually a mound of food, and then I eat a whole package of Oreo’s. Ok… not really… but I could.
Day 03 - A picture of the cast from your favorite show.
Does it have to be just one? I say, “No way, Jose!”
I started watching Veronica Mars on Netflix. Love it! The first two seasons she is in high school, but my boyfriend said, “She’s like 30!” She definitely doesn’t look that old, but she was around 24 when the show started. It’s kind of like glee… they are all in high school, but they are all in their 20s.
We also started watching Dexter on Netflix. It’s a show my boyfriend and I can actually watch together, and we both like it. We are on the fourth season. It’s a good’un. The third season wasn’t as good.
I hate to say it, but I did enjoy the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. I love to hate Camille Grammer (or whatever her last name is now). It’s the only version of the Housewives I have watched.
An oldie, but a goodie! I love the posing in the middle of the field. Totally make sense and adds to the drama! Hahaha! Lame…
